Use the same columns as “Export all lists (CSV)”: List, Section, Item, Packed, Note. Only Item is required — Section should say “To pack” or “To do”, and Packed should say “Yes” or “No”. Rows that share the same List become one list. A plain file with just one column of item names also works.
